Powersports Nation is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engine Builder to join our team.  PSN is the largest supplier of remanufactured engines and salvaged ATV/UTV parts in the industry; and we need a reliable, detail-oriented builder to ensure that our Engine Department runs efficiently.  The Engine Builder is responsible for assembling and rebuilding engines and transmissions to meet company specifications and performance standards.  The ideal candidate will be able to work 45 hours a week with minimal absences.  We offer great hours (M-THU 7-6pm, F 7-Noon) NO WEEKENDS!  Mandatory drug test at hire.    

Pay:  $18.50 – $30 Per Hour, DOE

Responsibilities:

      Inspects components, measures tolerances, cleans parts, and performs precise assembly using proper tools and techniques.
      Works closely with machinists, parts specialists, and quality teams to ensure each engine is built to last and performs reliably.
      Creates list of required parts necessary to complete each build.
      Follows build sheets and manuals for specs of each rebuild.
      Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Requirements:

      High school diploma or GED
      Must have own tools or be willing to purchase required tools
      2+ years of mechanical experience (automotive, diesel, or powersports engines/transmissions)
      Strong mechanical background and attention to detail
      Strong decision-making skills, problem-solving abilities, and self-motivated
      Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a shop environment
